hey, I ordered a iPhone 13 pro in sierra blue on 2nd November, in store and I haven’t received no emails or text regarding my order, it’s been 2 week I was told it can take up to 28 days which I know but worried that I was meant to get a email or

text after I ordered and I never got one, I’m also deaf so I can’t do phone calls

I chose the lowest I’m assuming, I mean the guy instore didn’t really ask me

No I was given a receipt cos I had to pay £25 for ordering but have nothing else, I’m hopefully getting my mum to take me to the store again tomorrow because we don’t have any info or any paperwork apart from a receipt from paying £25, I’m pretty sure I said i should get an email or text but I have nothing

So I got a text from EE Not so long ago saying my phone is ready to pick up today so I’m very excited and it’s weird that I must of sensed it or something cos I was going to be going today anyway but thank you for your help

@Hortoncloe i ordered the exact same model on 8th october in store and have had no communication or anything about collecting it and am starting to get concerned as it has been 42 days and there are people such as yourself that have ordered after me and got their before me?
