iPhone 13 Pro Max handsets received?

I know there have been similar topics posted but it would appear that every time I contact customer services regarding my order I appear to be getting conflicting information so though I would post here.

Has anyone that ordered in October 2021 actually received their phones and if so what was the timeframe?

I know its more than 28 days and my order was placed on 20/10/2021 so I have some days still to go but I have been reading a lot of people on here recommending contacting EE as their orders have been sent back or errors in order tracking.

Anyone managed to get the order tracker to show the correct information?

Note: I know the apple website saying 28 days before anyone mentions the apple timelines.

@PL77 I’m the same as you mate ordered a 13 pro max 128gb graphite on the 20/10/21 my tracking has changed from

order awaiting confirmation

19th - 23 rd Nov.
I’ve seen people getting theirs early but I’ve not had anything from EE or DPD as of yet quite annoying the lack of communication from EE considering it’s seems to be a big issue

@owen-514 I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max 256GB graphite and my order tracker still says 'Awaiting Confirmation'

I'm joining EE from another network so the lack of communication is not great but even more frustrating being given different information when contacting EE.

Ideally I don't want to get to the point like others where they don't get a text from DPD who then deliver to the wrong address and before you know it, your handset is on its way back to EE and you have to join the queue again.

Ordered on 23rd Oct 128gb. Seems that I am still stuck on awaiting confirmation for delivery date. Contacted EE to get info but wasn’t that helpful as was trying too sell me a phone than listening too “I’ve already got one on order and I just want some sort of info”

I ordered the iPhone 13 pro max graphite 128GB on the 15th October. I haven’t received any communication and my delivery date still states ‘awaiting confirmation’

I ordered mine on the 22nd October and had minuscule information from EE.
I called customer services just to make sure my upgrade had gone through as it had been so silent.

Was told to expect delivery by the 13th November when I called.

Reading everyone’s comments I’m not holding much hope !

Ordered mine on 15rh October and still awaiting confirmation of a delivery date. It is annoying.

@SaraJ92 Oh dear, its good you stood your ground but you want to be careful with that .

There was another user on this forum that called EE and the person at the other end cancelled their order without their confirmation. Absolutely shocking.

I spoke to EE on live chat yesterday and they recommended I call the web sales team but the number they gave me the number for their returns department.

I called the right EE number for an update but there was nothing today so I'll be checking back at the end of the week or next.

I ordered mine in store at the beginning of October and don’t have any tracking information was just told 28 days and would get a text to collect it from the shop, however I haven’t had a text yet or heard anything so unsure of what to do

@PL77 I’ve had nothing arrive or received any notification from EE advising there are delays or a prospective delivery date as I was told I would when I spoke to the team.

Genuinely considering cancelling my order as I’ve now got extra charges on my account linked to upgrading the device.

Update: Today is the 27th day so should be expecting delivery tomorrow but yesterday I received a text informing me that my order is going to be delayed and I am on the priority list for when they get stock. In addition, I will be getting a £20 credit towards my bill.

I have called EE web sales and they have informed me they are waiting for a stock update and to call back tomorrow afternoon.

It's crazy how there is no ETA of this or even a time frame. The order tracker is not helpful and others have reported getting the text from DPD before the tracker has been updated.

@Abiwaughx That is very poor from ee. I am going to call them later to ask for an update.

A lot of people mention on here that apple has delays and then enter a date range from the apple website now but when the order took place, apple delivery dates would have been within 28 days. The phone should be here by now.

Latest Update: I called the web sales team number listed at the bottom of my confirmation email when I ordered online with this being the 28th day today, I was first informed that this was out of stock as expected.

However, after I mentioned this was 28th day, he looked further into it and informed me that its actually being sent tomorrow so I asked him for a DPD tracking number but he informed me 'the phone gets sent straight to them so he does not have one to give me but DPD should text me either today or tomorrow morning on the day of the delivery"

Something doesn't sound right to me but I'll keep you posted if I receive any updates. Fingers crossed.

Final Update from me:

I received an email from EE yesterday around 8pm informing me that my handset will be delivered tomorrow and at 11am, I received another update informing me the time frame at when my delivery would take place today.

I am happy to report that I finally received my handset today in the 30th day since I ordered online. The order tracker only changed this morning so if you are looking at it expecting more information, it probably won't be there.

Good luck to the rest of the people waiting for theirs.
