Hi, i have a recieved a text saying 'Good news, your order is coming soon' for the Iphone 13 pro max. Does this mean i will get it before my expected delivery date?

Thanks for coming to the community.

We allocate stock on a first come, first served basis. And we update our order tracker as soon as deliveries arrive, so you can see the latest information we have.

You will receive a text from DPD, by 8pm the day before your delivery, to confirm that it's on its way.

This is not true. Why do you persist in giving out incorrect information? I did not receive a text, and nor did many people. It resulted in my phone being delivered to the wrong address, three times, then being sent back to hand to someone else.

The only way to ensure you will get your phone @kanisha is to contact EE regularly, and as soon as they give you a tracking number along with confirmation it's been dispatched. At that point I would then contact DPD using the tracking code you were given and make sure they have been given the correct address.

I’m in the same situation as @kanisha i ordered my IPhone max 13 sierra Blue 2 weeks ago i would just like to know what the eta is i think i might cancel and buy the handset through Apple …which they have said delivery 8/12/21 …….which I’m assuming is how long i will need to wait from EE, is this correct?

The current guidance for iPhone 13 Pro Max models is that it's likely to be over 28 days for new orders, @Mellie05.

As we receive stock from the manufacturer, we'll clear orders from the oldest to newest.
