    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max back in early October as part of the trade in deal, I even sent my phone back to EE after they told me if I didn’t they would add additional charges onto my next bill and I STILL haven’t got my new phone yet... anyone else having the same issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There are many threads on the iPhone 13 delays if you search.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You don't normally need to send your existing handset until you have your replacement. You should have spoken to EE CS on 150.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This handset is delayed partly because of world shipping issues. You will eventually received a text from DPD when the handset is ready to be delivered.&amp;nbsp; The current Apple delivery on their website is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;3 Dec - 10 Dec and they will receive stock before EE.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
