Dispatch expected in 24 hours later still waiting for dpd text 3 days later

Delivery was expected between 5th and 9th for iphone 13 pro max, tracker updated and said dispatched expected within 24 hours!! 3 days later I'm still waiting for message of dpd with my delivery!! Can't reach customer service to solve this issue, beginning to wish I did not upgrade with this provider!!

The order tracker seems to be hit and miss when it comes to orders. I've seen people say their order still shows as awaiting confirmation for the expected delivery date but their phone has been delivered. If you download the DPD app and put your ee number in as the mobile number and email address registered with ee on your profile you'll be able to track it on there. The app usually updates a few hours before you get the email from DPD / EE advising of delivery

If you're unable to track your order online, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

They will be able to access your account and give you an update.
