I haven't received an order reference for my new s21 ordered yesterday?

I wax told if would be delivered today via DPD but haven't had contact from them either?

Can you please confirm all ok with this order?

I ordered the violet s21 5G 128gb, over the phone, I received an email confirmation but it doesn't have my order ref so I can't track my delivery?? Also haven't heard anything from DPD, do I'm now presuming it won't be delivered today?

Could you please download the DPD app from your app store and let me know if it shows your EE delivery?

I already have the DPD App, no delivery showing, I can't track it because you haven't provided me with an order reference, as I have already explained in my previous communication to you?

If you're unable to see your order in the DPD app I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

They will be able to access your account and provide an update on your order.
