I also ordered a graphite 128gb iPhone 13 Pro max back on the 20th of October and my order still says awaiting confirmation ive not even had an est delivery date?

We update our order tracker as soon as deliveries arrive, so you can see the latest information we have.

You will receive a text from DPD, by 8pm the day before your delivery, to confirm that it's on its way.

I ordered mine on the 20th too and Iv still not heard anything either Iv rang up and still nothing yet I just get told I’m half way there on the list to get mine and will receive a txt from dpd when it’s dispatched

I ordered mine on morning of 8th October and not heard anything from the people in store and they do not know anything about when the order will arrive? Is there any estimated dates at all?

I ordered mine, 13 Pro Max 256GB Graphite on 20/10/2021 and it still says awaiting confirmation for delivery date.

The lack of communication is terrible. My PAC code from my old network expires next week.

If your PAC code expires before your new phone arrives, please contact your current service provider to request a new one.
