Where is my order

SO, I ordered an Iphone 11 on October 4th, was told a red one was the only one available for dispatch within 48 hours, therefore choose this option. However, Im still waiting to receive the order. I have checked on tracking several time over the period of a month and the order tracking was listed as 'back order' for weeks. Now its displaying as 'the dispatch within 48hrs' but there has been no progress since Nov1st 😫😫still waiting for a phone that I was told should be with me well before October 9th!

There is a general shipping backlog. You will receive your device once EE have stock to send out.

Keep checking the EE tracker.

Welcome to the community.

The current delivery guidance for both red iPhone 11 devices (64GB and 128GB) is to expect dispatch within 28 days.

DPD will be in touch when it's ready to deliver. If you would like to discuss or amend your order, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.

This is shocking customer service, I was told it would be dispatched within 48 hours when i placed the order.

I'm sorry to hear that, @nikki75-.

I don't know what the estimated time frame was supposed to be when you ordered. Once we receive stock from the manufacturer, we'll clear the orders oldest to newest.

@nikki75- I have been waiting for my iPhone 13 since the week It was available for pre-ordering 2nd or 3rd week of September and after waiting for 4 weeks I called and got told the same thing that if I chose the silver colour I would get it in 7 days, obviously didn't happen this is ridiculous.

I've seen from your other posts that you switched phones to the silver version over the phone with our call centre.

Which memory size did you change to? Which date did you do that?
