Hello,

I placed my upgrade order on the 31st October and it's still not arrived and says processing on the tracker. It seemed to advise it would be dispatched within 24hrs. I understand that it may not be in stock now, but please can you give me a rough idea of how long I need to wait?

If I am unable to wait weeks, how can I change my order to get an in-stock model sooner please?

The delivery guidance for that model is to expect dispatch within 28 days. As soon as we receive stock from the manufacturer, we will clear the orders oldest to newest.
