Can you please inform EE Westfield Stratford Store to hold my order till 15 of Nov because I am out of country I will back on 15 of November so I will collect my order when I am back with no excuses

You said on your other post that you have already informed them. The store would do their best to hold onto the order.

If you need to speak to them further about this, you would have to try and get in touch with them directly.
