Ordered a new mobile with help from fb messenger. I'm deaf no I don't have a minicom phone. I'd like to cancel my order. Its not what I wanted new phone same package. So, how do Icancel it ? As I've said no minicom phone no not got the text service either and can't find an email address for help.

Where did you order this new phone from, and what do you mean by "with help from FB messenger"?

All distance-based sales in the UK are covered by a statutory 14day "change of mind" right of return.
