I ordered the iPhone 13 pro max on the 6th of October I’ve had several telephone conversations during this time with EE and been told I will be getting it in the next few days every time then I got a text with a link that said ito expected to be dispatched in 24 hours then delivery expected 22-26 October then back to awaiting confirmation and then on Sunday it went back to delivery expected in 24hours were not on Tuesday I get there is a delay but why are you giving people false promises?!

I'm sorry to hear you have had incorrect information.

We allocate stock on a first come, first served basis, and we’re in regular contact with Apple, and will be sending out orders as quickly as possible

You will receive a text from DPD, by 8pm the day before your delivery, to confirm that it's on its way.

If you ordered online or over the phone, you'll receive a text from our delivery partner DPD with details of your delivery.
