Pixel 6 Preorder issue

I tried ordering the Pixel 6 the night before it's release as there was an offer of Bose headphones with the phone. So I went through and got sent a confirmation email.

However when I ring up, the order was not found and got lost, I have managed to get hold of the phone I would like with the plan I originally wanted, however the headphones offer had disappeared. Am I still entitled to the headphones, even though I originally had a confirmation email in the first place?

Yes I do still have the original confirmation email. I was advised to contact Google, however I am not sure how to go about that.

Is it worth going into a store with that confirmation email. I was given free delivery for the Pixel 6 as a goodwill gesture, however I believe I'm still entitled to the headphones as I did order before it was released
