Confirmation email

I was told my order would be delivered tomorrow Pixel 6 Pro but I havent received any confirmation email on a tracking number or any info if it was being dispatched. Ive called EE support but was only told to wait a message from the courier 🙄 which is no help at all cause DPD needs a tracking number and unfortunately EE couldnt provide me with one

Have you downloaded the DPD app and used your mobile number or email address to see if they have any deliveries scheduled for your address?

@Leanne_T Yes I have done that. Even uninstalled and installed the app just to make sure I'm not missing anything. I have been told my device would be delivered to me on the 28th or 29th of October but now cannot even get through their customer service. It's frustrating
