No order delivery date

Ordered an upgrade 9th Oct. no update to say where it is. When I ordered it was in stock however no phone arrived. To be told the phone is out of stock and updates will be given. No update has been given in nearly 3 weeks.

Your not alone, I ordered my new phone on the 29th of September and I have not received a single update.

My contract is due to expire soon as well so not sure what happens then.

I orderd yesterday morning and i had an email to say thanks for your order and when i went onto tracking my order on ee it says back order confirmed which i dont understand and still dont have a delivery date/email. Usually when i order from ee it comes the next day?

We update our order tracker as soon as deliveries arrive, so you can see the latest information we have.

You will receive a text from DPD, by 8pm the day before your delivery, to confirm that it's on its way.

i've have been waiting for an upgrade (iPhone 11 128GB) since sunday night. next day delivery. the tracking page has been saying "Dispatch expected in 24 hours" for 5 days and counting. we appreciate the world has supply chain backlogs, guessing our phones are stuck on some cargo ship in the south china sea ! If i knew it was going to take this long i'd have just gone to the shop. Interesting to see if EE start charging the new increased monthly contract rate before my phone arrives 🤔

I’ve had the same issue - ordered on 3rd October - on the tracking I’ve had several emails to say it’s 24 hours away - only for it to be changed again - rubbish

Why is the constant reaction or response “check your tracker”? I ordered my upgrade Oct 2 and have had 2 delivery dates now back to ordered confirmation! What is happening really! I can’t call in because your recorded message says to call back. This is worst I’ve ever dealt with to include my original order not being processed. Thank God I don’t trust you or it would have never been ordered AGAIN! on the 2nd after I called in to check.

@Teerex69 Same with my order - even had emails to say it’s within 24 hours - or between these dates (all expired) and the tracker just changes every few days

Once we have received your order and this has been dispatched DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.
