Hi. My order xkoXXXXXXXXXX has not yet been sent. Why? Why so long? I have already ordered the case and screen protector from amamazon. Now I have the case and the screen protector but mon I have the phone. Why?

The estimated delivery guidance for that model, on the day that you ordered, was to expect dispatch within 28 days, @glpkm.

Orders are sent out on a first come, first served basis, clearing the oldest orders first.

DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to deliver.

ive ordered my iPhone 13 Pro Max 128Gb graphite on 27th September. It’s already 31 days since. How much longer will I need to wait? As on 3rd November my contract is finishing and I’ve done a standard upgrade 31 days ago.

On the website it was written next day delivery. Did you know that this is misleading information and advertising legally punishable as a scam?

My records show that it's said 28 days since 12th October, @glpkm.

Some of the other memory sizes/colours of the iPhone 13 Pro are expected next day delivery.
