Ordered and confirmed but no dispatch update

Hi,

I ordered the iPhone 11 upgrade in purple over the weekend. £30 was taken from my bank and i have received an order confirmation, but i haven't received any updates that this has been dispatched or when it will be delivered.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Chris, this was 64 GB I believe.

The current estimated timescale for delivery of that model is 28 days. We clear the oldest orders first as the stock comes in.

DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to deliver.

Ooft! Why is the wait time so long for stock at the moment? Obviously not your fault and i'm happy to wait as it's not desperately needed right now, but it would have been helpful if the wait time was listed on the site before purchase..

I'm Assuming my old contract will stay in place and the new monthly payment will not start until the new phone has arrived, is that correct?

Sorry @HayleyPenn00, we are trying to fulfil orders as soon as we can.

You will remain on your current plan until you get your new phone, yes.
