No delivery date

Hi my issue is fairly common it appears but I've no delivery date for my new phone, website says ee will keep you informed by text or email but I've received nothing at all since making the order online and paying the upfront charge. I have an email saying my order is nearly complete but that I needed to phone to give some additional information which I did and then nothing has happened since, this has been 10 days now and I find the lack of interest in keeping me informed of what's happening very frustrating and unprofessional.

I ordered the galaxy flip and on the website it was saying usually dispatched within 1 day

Ring 150, I got DPD tracking from them yesterday, I've had no emails or texts but my phone is currently working through the DPD depot.
