    <description>&lt;P&gt;On the 19th October 21 I placed an order for an iPhone 13 with trade in an iPhone 7.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received by email the order confirmation and the trade in options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;£100 for iPhone 7/7 plus&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;£200 for iPhone 8/8plus&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;£300 for iPhone X&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the order confirmation from EE I also have the breakdown of the monthly payment for my upgrade and practicality the trade in appears as a monthly discount from my monthly bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I received an email to contact EE as information is missing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After 3 hours spent on the phone to different people from EE and after forwarding my order confirmation email from EE, I still do not have an answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Honestly I do not understand what is happening, where is the mistake, but I’m expecting to receive my new iPhone as per EE order confirmation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot believe how no interest at all towards customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no fault if they are not up to date with their orders or internal issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If my order does not get delivered I will have to take this case forward for being sold fake product and not delivering it, because they try to convince me to change my order.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what you're questioning? EE can cancel your order at any time and are not obliged to provide any service to you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you clarify the point and question you are asking.&lt;/P&gt;
