I ordered a galaxy Z fold 3 on Sunday and got told hat it’s be delivered for Monday/today which I've waited at home for then it didn’t arrive and I’ve still had no further updates from either ee or DPD

It's on a 28 day turn around, your see your phone in a month or less no doubt 😞 I'm in the same boat as you.

Hi, I ordered the 256bg phantom black Z Fold 3 on 7th October but no update on the delivery yet. The online EE Shop is now saying usually despatched in 7 days for my ordered model when previously it said 28 days - what is happening?

I have exactly the same issue although I ordered mine on the 6th Oct. It's getting very frustrating now. EE online tracking 'can't track order' and nothing from DPD.

I've just spoken to Customer Services who advised that they're expecting new stock in the next 7 days (256gb Z Fold 3 Phantom Black) - so should get mine delivered during next week 🤞☺
