xxxxxxxxxx Is my order number. I have been waiting a month now for my iPhone 13 pro max 128gb silver. I get the generic updates every week. I’m starting to wonder if this order has even been placed properly.

@Dph1982 have you tried calling customer services about this ? This is a public forum that cannot access your account to see what’s been ordered or not ordered. But if you’re receiving updates then yes you have ordered but do call customer services to doublecheck.
