No New phone after 3 weeks!

Hi, I ordered my new contract phone S21 with EE over 3 weeks ago, i was advised this would take 7 days to get stock then 24 hrs for delivery.

I did not expect 3 weeks to wait!

Please can someone tell me a realistic timescale before I have to cancel and approach another provider

Still waiting for iphone 13 pro max from 21/09/2021

Still no order found on online tracker but confirmed via customer services several times that the orders been placed?

The order tracker may not be working for your order number.

You'll get a text from DPD when your order is ready to be delivered.

I ordered of iphone13 pro max Oct 13 and was told it will arrive the next day and until now it never arrive. There is no problem with dpd. It’s EE having a problem of their stocks as I was informed Apple running out of chips and it is worldwide. I’m really disappointed of an indefinite day this Nov it will be delivered😩
