    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an iPhone 11 in green 128gb on Sunday 10th October as an upgrade. I had an email confirmation with an order number but have heard nothing since. The tracker just says it can’t show tracking status right now - it’s been saying that all week. When I ordered the phone it was in stock. That was one of the reasons for choosing it. I paid £30 up front for the phone and now ‘my EE’ is saying my next bill is £30 less than usual as though I’ve just made an extra payment. Can anyone help please? I also had Apple TV as part of the package but have had no log in details for that either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
