Hi All

I ordered a fold 3 as part of the early upgrade. The website said to expect it within 7 days.

I've heard nothing and now the website says expect 28 days.

I tried the order update but it doesn't seem to be working.

I have checked our current guidance and can see this phone is currently showing dispatch within 28 days.

What happens when you try to track your order? are you presented with an error message.

It seems the dates are changing, was told will be available 7 days for black now looking at the forum 28 days.. So which 1 is it?

The current guidance for orders being placed from today is to expect despatch within 28 days.
