Upgrade / Order

My phone got stolen last week so on Friday I upgraded to the Iphone 13 via the EE website and received a confirmation email

Since then I haven't received anything else - and dont have access to my phone number if I have received any texts with updates

I also havent got an Order Number so cant use the tracker

Obviously I am keen to find out when I will actually have a phone again and whether I need to sort something temporary out - or if its going to arrive soon. The original email said esitmated 11/10 which is today

@hjbarrett23 did you request a replacement Sim card did you report your old phone lost.?

And you should’ve received an order number within a couple of hours of placing the order, I highly recommend you call customer services about this and also request a replacement Sim card as you’re not always sent a new Sim card when you upgrade.
