      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an upgrade on the 21st of September and have heard nothing since. Everytime I try to track my order I get the message that you can't tell me anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well thanks for the reply but there was no need to be rude...all you had to say was that there was a backlog. Not youll have to be patient and wait. No I Don't have too Ive ordered from a different company and the exact same phone arrived today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems EE is the problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>
