Is it possible to add a discount to a pay monthly sim after paying?

Hi,

I ordered an iPhone 13 last week without any discount, but this week my work is offering 20% off EE pay monthly sims. Is it possible to add this discount after I have already paid?

I'm assuming the answer is no, but thought I'd check anyway!

Which discount do you have? Is it a Perk code?

Discount codes may only be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading.

Can you not cancel within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period & reorder with discount?
