    <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed two orders yesterday (2/10/21) one at 00:11 and one at 23:14.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received confirmation emails for both.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also received a 'on its way' email for the 2nd order placed at 23:14, but not for the 1st order placed at 00:11&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The tracking information isn't working or showing for either order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
