Then your in a queue for your phone to be sent when EE have stock. No timeframe for this but if you want anything more accurate then you need to call EE CS on 150.

@StephJG24 You’ll only get it once everyone else who ordered that model type before you and has received their device. You’ve ordered a high demand device that has low availability at the moment so you’ll be waiting a little while longer yet.

Thanks for coming to the community.

iPhone 13 orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Apple, and we update our order tracker as soon as deliveries arrive, so you can see the latest information we have.

The date you receive your iPhone 13 may vary depending on the colour and size variant you have pre-ordered, but we expect to receive regular deliveries from the manufacturer and will be getting them out to you as quickly as we can.

Once your order has been dispatched, our delivery partner DPD will contact you by text by 8pm the day before delivery to let you know to expect your order the following day.

Hi Leanne, just checking, if the phone has not come from Apple the tracker won't work? I have an order number but can't check it all as the tracker says I can't track that particular order.

Over the phone with that team. My returns pack has arrived but no other comms as yet. I did call customer services and they texted me the order number.
