Hello,

where do I apply the 20% discount code for my blue light offer? There is a box for gift voucher, but I cannot see one for discount code during the check out? Please can you letme know ASAP?

Good Afternoon and welcome to the EE Community @Jazzyfm.

At check out, you will find a section stating 'I have a voucher' this is where you will need to apply your discount code.

Thanks for the email. I have 4 codes that I can use. When I try all 4 in the “got a gift voucher” all times it states sorry that vouchers not valid? They’re all new codes generated on my EE perks? Please can you help?

Log on the blue light, apply for the discount, it should get emailed to you at you Work eg Police, nhs etc email address

Hi there, I have the same issue, after submitting the code I get a message "sorry, this voucher is not valid". Could you help, please?

I phoned Accounts. Spoke to them told them the story why I have been
waiting for 3 months with no notification and that I had a discount code
from Blue light. They asked me for a new code so I sent them a new code. It
finally went through, and get my discount as expected

Im trying to use my voucher code for my 20%discount but it keeps saying not valid but I've tried 3 times with new codes can you advise please ASAP as I am in the middle of an order
