New.phone no sign of it

Upgraded last week got an email last night from ee to say phone was now with courier dpd and I would recieve a text giving me delivery slot havent heard anything from them. Ee have already switched my sim.over yo new contract but i haven't actually received my new phone yet.. also had to get this delivered to my grans address for delivery as would let it get delivered to my house and its now saying its going to ask for my identity check etc any one any idea when I will hear from.dpd about delivery as according to ee they already have it 🙄

Hello @shaunifra.

Once your phone is processed for delivery DPD will send you a text message with further delivery information.

Are you aware if your contact information for DPD is up to date?

Have you checked the DPD app using your delivery post code?
