Ps5 being returned to depot dpd

Hi, dpd were due to deliver my ps5 today and I was in all day and during the 1 hour time slot. It’s now past that and I’ve looked at the tracking info and it says it’s being returned to the depot but also says it’s being returned to EE? I was wondering why it’s being sent back?

This is what it’s showing on the website. It says delivery failed but it definitely wasn’t because I was in all day 😩

it says parcel was refused (which it wasn’t) then it says ‘return to consignor has been requested’ and then it says ‘parcel is being returned to EE’

I would recommend giving our customer care team a call who can send feedback regarding this and provide you with your next steps to getting your PS5.
