iPhone 11 order

Hi. I upgraded online on Thursday. When I ordered it stated that delivery was within 1 day. When I’ve tracked my order it says that the phone is on back order but that wasn’t stated at the time of ordering. Do you have any idea how long it might take? If not am I able to cancel the order? Thanks.
