iPhone 13 delivery

iPhone 13pro max according to EE order tracking I’m getting it tomorrow …..as I was informed on ordering….text from dpd….tacking says picked up from ee at 4pm but not being delivered till Monday….. what happened to next day delivery on day of release !!!!! And why is it taking 4 days…..I deal with dpd on my job and I know this item will arrive tomorrow in warehouse but will sort all weekend…..,,fumming

Nothing EE can do to help, you need to contact DPD and take it up with them, if they picked it up today there is no reason for them to delay delivery until Monday

Oh don’t get me wrong I’m not blaming EE …. They have held up there end lol….but really **bleep** of at dpd…..I know that phone will be there tomorrow as I deal with dpd and know when arrive and leave….. and next to impossible to call anytime there

And according to dpd item on way to my town…left yesterday at 4.16 …but according to EE IT ONLY LEFT TODAY….

Normally I have been lucky in the past and had confirmation on the day before it had been dispatched and delivered on the day of release.

But this year I have got expected delivery on the 24th and that's all. Nothing from DPD yet 😞

I’m all the years with EE I HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED NEW PHONE ON RELEASE DAY

I got text from dpd your as your iPhone 13 delivery post states but not day b4 delivery…..,4 days b4 ……as I stated my phone was picked up by dpd at 4.16 on the 23rd I want explanation as to why I’m wasting till 27th for it ….my tracking on EE stated delivery 24th and only changed on the 24 seating dispatched which is lie as dpd had it on 23rd

No I haven’t….but as it’s next to impossible to get in touch with real person it’s waste of time and when I did find a number on Friday I gave up after being on hold for someone for 46 minutes

No I haven’t, and quite frankly after wasting my last days holiday by booking Friday off etc and the fact I’m so very annoyed about this it’s probably a good job I haven’t
