Haven’t received my phone

Hello

i ordered my upgraded phone over the phone on the 23/09/21 and paid £20 for the phone plus £6 for delivery and I still haven’t received my phone and I was told I would definitely receive it next day 24/09/21 and I still haven’t got anything
