I’ve just ordered my iPhone 13 but i haven’t got and order number

was wondering if anyone knew when this email would come through??

@HarrySmith223__ I wouldn’t count on any kind of iPhone 13 related correspondence happening any time soon from EE, they’ve massively affected several orders by not processing them properly on the launch day unfortunately. They can’t resend email confirmations or text messages, but if you call 150 they should be able to see the Open Sales Order or DPD label number on the account (if the device has reached packing stage).
