Where's my order? where's my update within 24 hours? where's my text? why whenever I have dealings with EE do I get terrible customer service? How are you working harder than ever to have the best customer service in the UK but repeatedly over the years had the worst?

The current estimate is 7 days for new orders, @Meston82.

We'll be sending them out in the order in which they were placed though.
