Hi I placed an order 16 Sept 2021 for upgrade to Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, order number xxxxxxxxxx

It says awaiting confirmation, there is no date or rough date when I can expect the phone. Can you shed any light on this please?

Galaxy S21 series back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Samsung. You'll be contacted by DPD when it's ready to deliver.
