Hi there. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long I'm likely to wait for my phone that was ordered yesterday? It's showing as on back order with no date shown.

Definitely the Galaxy S20 and not the Galaxy S21, @Wibby13?

The only Samsung Galaxy S20 I can see that we stock is the S20 FE.

The current guidance for that model is to expect dispatch within 14 days. We send them out on a first come, first served basis though. So we'll send them out in the order in which they were placed, as we receive more stock from the manufacturer.
