I phoned up on pre order day. And went through the process ordered iPhone 13 pro max sierra blue 256Gb

haven't had any text messages / emails / notifications Absolutely nothing.

apparently nobody at EE can send it to me as it should have been sent during or at the end of the call

checked spam / junk it’s not in there either.

nothing in my EE app

frustrated now. Would like to try tracking my order. But need the 10 digit confirmation code

find it a bit hard to believe that the email can’t be resent
