Hi there, I ordered the S21 on Sept 14th and the £50 payment was taken (showing on my bank statement on 16th).

Aside from the confirmation email 7days ago I have heard nothing?!

I check on the site and I get "awaiting confirmation" which it has been stuck on since I ordered...

Somebody needs to contact me within 3days or I will be cancelling and moving to virgin mobile like the rest of my family did thanks to sub par customer service...

This model is currently showing 'Available to order, usually despatched within 21 days'

Once your order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with tracking information for your delivery 🙂
