I'm in the same position- I ordered a galaxy S21 in grey a week ago and was told I'd get this within a week. My order still says awaiting confirmation and I'm concerned I won't be able to get the galaxy buds or tab... Will EE honour this instead??

Hi i i made an order for an upgrade on current plan to a samsung s21 grey 5G and its been 5 or 6 days on order confirmed now and i still havent recieved my order and the deadline for claiming the buds pro and samsung tag is nearing. Whats going on with my order?

Hi,

I ordered a S21 5G in Phantom Violet last Sunday and was told it would be here within 7 days, however it might come sooner.

Any chance of an update as the tracking just saying awaiting confirmation......
