New customer. Pre ordered iPhone 12 pro, no confirmation email

Hi, I’m a new customer and pre ordered the iPhone 12 pro yesterday but am still yet to receive any form of email confirmation or text (not in junk) from EE.

I have registered and received that email, however nothing about my phone order.
