      <title>Help cancelling order</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I mistakenly ordered the wrong iPhone when I upgraded online around an hour ago and so I need to cancel it.&amp;nbsp; I've had a good look around and apparently need to call the customer service line which is fine, although I have no idea which department I need to go to? If I select 'accounts' there's nothing in the choices that's relevant, and if I select the 'returns' option it's about returning a device which obviously I don't have yet.&amp;nbsp; Do I just go into the 'upgrade' option and wait in the queue? I assume this is just a telesales department, no?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate any help here, nothing I've found online helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
