Hi, I recently ordered a new phone with you and it is currently on back order, I wondered if anyone should shed light on when the phones are expected back in stock as I'm going to be without a sim card and contract from October until the new one arrives.

The timescales are different depending on the phone you ordered, memory size and colour.

The current guidance is the phone is available to order and to expect dispatch within 21 days.

I placed the order on the 12th when I track it it tells me it is on back order
