S21 delivery

I recently upgraded to a S21 5g 128gb Violet and was told I would get the phone within 7 days, that 7 days is now up. How long will I be waiting for the phone to arrive?

I have checked my online tracking and all its showing as order confirmed.

Any help or updates would be appreciated.

@Racha87 Have you not seen all the other comments from others that have order this device and are having to wait. There is a backlog of orders and EE are wanting on delivery from Samsung. You’ll be waiting about longer still.

Waiting on exactly the same, ordered on the 3rd and was told it would be 7 days!

I upgraded to a S21 Ultra not too long ago, received it next day. I think this is terrible, EE should at least inform everybody why there is such a hold up with stock.

Hi, would you happen to know why there is such a delay in getting phones out to people?

Are you going to keep potential iPhone 13 users waiting too?

Shipping issues? Lack of stock?
