Hi, I ordered a Samsung galaxy s21 ultra 5g 128gb phantom Black on 2nd September. Have not had any update about when this will be dispatched. Could you please advise. Thanks

I am in the same situation. Ordered s21 ultra on 2nd September & haven't heard anything.

The current expected timeframe for the model you have ordered is 'Available to order, usually despatched within 14 days'

As soon as we receive your order and this has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with tracking information for the delivery.
