Hi,

please help.

I ordered my upgrade on Saturday and selected for 24 hour delivery.
I am still waiting for my new phone.

It is the new Samsung Z Flip.
mall I have had is a text with a link and it is stuck on awaiting confirmation.

You took my money the day I ordered, my husbands phone was with us in less than 48hrs. Where is mine???

Thank you for that but that does not help me.

when I ordered, it was in stock and I took a screenshot. The delivery options were 24hr once confirmed.

it has been confirmed and like I say, in stock when I ordered so your comment does not help me.
