EE new contract delivery

Hi. I've just ordered a new phone with a pay monthly contract. I received an email confirming the order but I've had nothing since. I submitted my pac code so my old phone is due to terminate.

I've tried calling ee but because I've not yet got an ee number I can't speak to anyone. Hugely frustrating and not the best start.

The current delivery guidance for that model is to expect dispatch within 7 days. Once it's ready to deliver, our courier company will be in touch with you.

I'm awaiting on the same phone in the same colour I've received my smart watch 4 classic but can't use it without the phone it's frustrating the watch just sitting here

The shop page for the Samsung Galaxy S21 128GB in grey currently says 'Out of stock', 'available to order' & 'expect dispatch within 7 days', @Linebacker589.

We keep that as up to date as possible.
