Hi, I was told when I ordered that I would be able to get the ear buds despite the tablet arriving after the end date as the tablet was out of stock. Can someone please tell me how I go about that now the tablet has arrived?

Great, then you should be able to pop on to the Samsung claim site and claim your gift @Callen831

You should be able to use the delivery note you got with the tablet as proof of purchase.
